This will be the biggest disrupter for small to large service industry businesses , I’ve been looking for a solution to this for years … I see most A.I scheduling companies using messenger , what’s app platforms to organise bookings etc however so many service businesses run day to day bookings via email so I believe a scheduling A.I will need to be able to respond to customers via email using access to online diaries , staff members , skill sets & geographical data . I big problem to solve although who ever creates this service that can integrate with existing systems will create a game changing problem solver… this is one of the reasons I purchased the rabbit R1 not so much for the hardware although I love the design and UI the main reason purchased was to see what the capabilities of teach mode are when it arrives . I worked in WFM for almost 10 years, we all knew this was going to happen eventually…
It’s sad for people’s jobs, but exciting at the same moment, to see this new tool learning and avoiding those little errors we humans tend to make.
