Rabbit Support managed by AI

Hello community,
I noticed Rabbit Email support is manage by AI, not by real operators. I noticed it putting the AI text ander analisis with professional tools after sharing my full Review, witch I am onored to share in the Community as well.
The response provided by the support team was totally wrong and was not aware of the context in witch my e-mail was involved; then, after replying asking to be transferred to an human operator, the support responded confirming no human operator was reading my e-mail as a proof of the facts. With this I don’t want to accuse anybody but I want to have confirm of a serious thought about the Rabbit e-mail support.
I hope Rabbit acknowledges this because is really frustrating.

The text of the reply suggested me is an AI who replied to this email; I kindly ask to be transferred immediately to an human operator who reads the Rabbit R1 review I shared and provides a comment on it.

I am seriously taking my time to share valuable feedbacks to the Rabbit Team and to my followers and I am not willing to loose it by being treated that way.

I can confirm Ramona is a real human support agent, and this was simply a case of it not quite being the right response or there was a misunderstanding here.

Our support staff can’t comment on reviews, or generalised feedback, but they are definitely real.

Hello Simon,
I take the chance to write a complain about the connection capabilities of my Rabbit R1. I urgently need it to be updated and having a look at the community I am not the only one.
I can barely keep it connected to the internet when I am in my bedroom, that’s approximately 30 meters away from the router. In every other corner of my house, it simply disconnects and stops working.
Using R1 that manner is both impossible and frustrating and I will not think of buying a cellular plan to use it outside if I can’t even use it inside of my house.
I hope, even if you just released a software update, you’ll keep an eye on that and try to fix it before next week because not only me, but if you look at the community, I think more than the 80% of the R1 users reported similar issues.
I’ve also contacted the customer support for that but I didn’t notice any changes even with the new Ota update I received.
