Bit new to this stuff myself, my r1 is in transit.
Might be stating the obvious, have you tried the 5 button press to reset, think I’m correct in stating that.
Others have suggested resetting the r1 via the rabbit hole and then re linking r1

So @simon just FYI this is still happening for me. Sometimes 5 ptt presses gets it working again but sometimes not. So I would say this is still definitely a problem

Yep. I haven’t been told that it’s been fixed yet, just that it’s being actively worked on as a super high priority.
I also have the same issue. You say something, it’s doing something for some seconds and then it returns to the „standby“ screen.
Same thing also happened with the camera on my device. So I ask something, it takes a picture, but then it goes straight back to the camera.
I’m still having this issue about 50% of the time. Once it’s already answered about three questions in a row, it usually stays on a roll with responding in that period of time. PTTx5 doesn’t consistently solve the problem, but sometimes succeeds. I know this is high-priority, but I figured I’d weigh in just to alert you as I really love this little bugger and is functionalities.

honestly @simon I feel like this issue has actually got worse. It’s nearly every query or every other query now that either rabbit ignores me completely or things for a moment and then gives no reply.

Having a similar problem… I think it has to do with my wifi signal signal at times. But there is almost no feedback on what is happening.
Could definitely be related to your wifi as the system has been fairly stable over the past month or two now for most of us. Does it display the network warning on the home screen at all for you?
Yes, sometimes after a minute without the ptt button giving any feedback.
It could be your wifi but also if you feel like the r1 is lagging, don’t forget to push the PTT 5x to refresh the device.
I find I do this a few times a day to keep the r1 snappy and less confused.
