I will do more testing but anecdotally from discord it seems like people are still having it

Not fully solved, because occasionally it does still happen for me (and I’m aware other people are as well)

The r1 has not responded in a timely manner or not at all for the last few days, it either outright ignores me or it will answer the question a minute or so later. This problem has been an issue off an on since i got this thing in April. Its really aggravating when you ask the same question 3 times in a row and get nothing, or even better when your showing off your rabbit and it refuses to work. asking various questions is my primary use of this, and well its not fun anymore and has sent me back to my phone for my questions where I know i will get a response.

Where’s this Discord? 
Seeing this problem a lot. Has been like this since I got my r1, which is less than a week ago.
It may be more common when I’m on cellular, than on wifi, but it is hard to tell if that difference is real.
Not sure if you’re joking or not but you can find a discord icon that’ll take you to it on the top right corner of the forum, by your profile picture.

I have been noticing this issue too on my r1 as of late where it is processing the request then showing up empty…

Same here. It happens very often. Is there any localisation limitation as I am not US-based?
In the last bug call Jesse mentioned they have an issue outside NA with websockets that they are talking to Amazon about fixing (issue on their end) so this could be related if you are outside US.
They have also asked anyone who experiences the issue to record a video for them with timestamp, time zone, and general locale so they can review the logs.

I just received my R1 today and am having a lot of problems with the device ignoring my requests and not providing a reply.

Sorry to hear that, maybe try a couple of these suggested prompts recommended in the last update see if it responds to any of these?
Tried the first three prompts, and none of them worked
