R1 paralyzed After battery runs out

EDIT - WORKAROUND FOUND —

Yesterday the R1 died after the battery ran out.

But when I now plug it in to a charger, it seems t be stuck in an Infinite loop between booting and maybe some other background task…

Please help!

So I fortunately have found a workaround.

During the paralysis, the R1 did gain 1% battery. I tried booting it without the charger cable and that resulted as normal. Afterwards, quickly plugged in the charger and we’re good.

This happened again. Still managed with the workaround, but there is a clear issue when the R1 is completely empty.
