Hello @everyone, Hello @rabbit,
Today I found this around the web; is a demo of a sort of Quantum Engine for the Rabbit R1.
I opened it and it asked to talk about some experiences I wanted to try, but there are no commands to give it and the thing just seems not to be working properly.
Is it a sort of integration for the Rabbit R1 you are leaving for developers or is it a fake emulator made by somebody external to Rabbit?
The title reported on Google is literally “Quantum Engine Rabbit R1”
I can not get it to work.
Not working for me either. I was hoping to find out more about this site by going to the main domain, but the main domain name (https://quantum-engine.ai/) redirects to rabbit.tech…
Hey, guess what? I noticed the same thing!
I tried testing it out by going to the main domain, and I found a proof that’s related to Rabbit or one of their projects. But I couldn’t figure out more.
The thing that caught my eye was on X, where a user posted a demo from their PC of a sort of early version of RabbitOS. It used the same robotic voice that was showcased in the keynote. The post said that the two things were related because it said something like, “I tried a new OS powered by a quantum engine.”
I hope someone at @rabbit can take a look at it for us.
Quantum Engine has not been operational for a long time in it’s original form, but certainly similar ideas behind it were a huge inspiration for the foundations of rabbitOS.
I found a Youtube video demonstrating it working, I’ll link it below for anyone who wants to watch it.
So it was meant to be a sort of storytelling platform then evolved to a more practical use?
Here’s the video I found just some minutes ago:
