I’m trying to install the latest update since today morning. I’m connected to USB C and a WiFi network but there is no progress. It is just preparing sth.
Was trying to reboot the device but without any luck.
Any idea how to fix this??

Fixed it. I did disconnect the usb cable and pressed the power button a few times. After that the device rebooted.
After that I was able to install the update without any issues.
So case closed.
