magic cam text prompting trick!

did y’all know you can point your r1 at a text prompt and turn it into a magic photo? as far as I know, the way magic cam works currently is to use vision to describe the scene, and then it generates an image from that description. that’s why it’s not always laid out exactly as you shot the original photo. so, if you make a text prompt nice and large enough for r1 to read and try and exclude anything else from the image, you can effectively create your custom prompt to generate an image with the magic cam theme(s). try it out!

This is awesome! I used your prompt in the demo video you posted and ended up with this:

haha I kept getting “I am at home” on the signs until I changed my font to something with obvious serifs, like courier new. the default font for wordpad understated the L and made LAM look too similar to “i am”

Ah. Maybe that’s why the sign in my picture just says “At Home” lol. Didn’t register the “I”. I’ll make note of that. I’ve just been using the notepad on my iPhone and it generates weird pics :joy: should probably use a font that makes it clear

I think it’s funny how in the picture I generated it shows Diet Coke on all the computer screens too

I made this prompt:

And then it made this. There was no losing team, and it randomly gave some of them boxing gloves lol:

It’s fun to play around with, just have to be careful with the phrasing/words
