workout routines

something I started using it for is to create simple workout routines - an example prompt I used:

can you prepare a 15 min workout focusing on core and legs

keeping these a notes is pretty useful to do edits.

have you used r1 for similar purposes?

I did! I don’t remember the exact prompt now, but I tested this even before we got beta rabbit and asked my r1 to create a workout routine for a month, working out 4 days a week, focusing on different muscles each day, and it gave me a complete workout routine in detail for each day, with reps and sets and all.

I didn’t use that routine after that because I already have one, but it’s super cool to see how it can prepare a good and balanced routine just by asking

yeah, in fact the routine I got is quite similar to some of the videos from youtube I was already using to workout so it’s quite cool to have them in text – convenient if I’m traveling or just want to workout anywhere.

we need more tools to organize our journals (tags or favorites would be great)
