Connected to WiFi. Plugged in to power. It’s been saying “preparing” all day.
Any ideas?

In some posts here a hard reboot helped in this case (Press the button for ca. 60 seconds).
Thanks. Though it didn’t reset until I’d put it down after holding the button for 90 secs or so, assuming it hadn’t worked.
Downloading and updating now tho. Thanks!

Had the same problem and did a reset by holding down the button for 30 sec. several times with no resulting change. When I moved to another location in my house with different power source the updating initiated. Not sure what happen except to assume some issue with WIFI.
