Sim card no longer working

Ever since I renewed my T-Mobile sim card for this month my r1 has not been responding. I have been using this sim card for two months fine, this would be the third month. When I check the Tmobile website it shows it’s active, and even that I have used some data, although I have not gotten any responses from the r1, also checked at the store to see if the sim was active. The r1 works fine in wifi, but the prepaid sim doesn’t work anymore.

Check if the cellular network is activated!
