I think i functionality for music detection could be super good to have. Imagine this scenarios:
Im on terrace where background music is running, or Im in a taxi where the radio is playing. I love the song but i don’t know who is the artist and the title. Picking up my r1 and ask: Hey rabbit what track is this? Hey rabbit who plays this track? and to go deeper why not have the possibility to ask more: Find this track in Spotify and add it to a new playlist or to an existing one.
I thought of this, too! Would love it. Especially since with control via voice commands the visual inspiration of reading other titles while searching for one is ‘missing’. Thats also relaxing of course, but that way to get more diversity in listening to songs and finding new songs would be great.
It is perhaps not as satisfying as doing {PTT} “What song is this?” but if the song has lyrics, you can do {PTT} “Ask Perplexity for the title and artist of the song with the lyrics, ‘<phrase you caught from the song>’?”; r1: “Checking … The song is …”
