I want to be able to save notes and images without going to another device to the Rabbit hole, find them with search, update/modify them, and send them to my calendar for specific dates and times… ideally. I love the recording and transcribing/summarizing with audio and with an image. More personal assistance there. As part of all that, I’d love to be able to send text messages, ideally sharing specific content. All of these elements would be a home run, but even without one or two of the extended ideas here, it could be a big hit. That is it, really. All else is fun, but I love the idea of Rabbit R1 being a one-stop memory backup. It will help immensely with memory loss due to aging, but it could greatly help all, no matter their age. I believe there is a huge market for that.
People say, but my phone can do that… and I say… Rabbit does it with one button. No apps. Just pull it out of your pocket, press a button, and talk or type.
Is Rabbit just a toy? Well, it can be fun, but it would be great to have it as a personal assistant. That would give it meaning for all. At that point if people ask what the heck Rabbit is… I’d say an indispensable person asststant that I simply couldn’t do without.
I agree with all the above. Add in the ability to triage my email and give me a summary of what’s urgent (according to criteria I set) and I think rabbit would become a very valuable tool.
This is what I was hoping our one was going to be for me straight outta the box.
However, it hasn’t, but I have been very patient with it and it is slowly getting there. I do agree all of the basics like no keeping calendar time clocks etc. I was hoping to be in there to start putting the information where I thought it logically went, but I obviously don’t understand how this technology works or will work when it’s hooked up together. Sometimes I feel like it knows me well and then all of a sudden out of nowhere it behaves as if it’s never met me.
I’m staying faithful and I’m staying patient. Rabbit Inc. have not let me down yet. However, I am being realistic about my expectations. Either way, I have really enjoyed looking forward to the updates, updating, and playing with asking you questions, spooking all of my friends and family who have never seen such a thing, let alone something that could navigate to a website and put a hammer in a shopping basket.
That alone has earned me some street cred. Even the time it messed up, I told it it messed up and it took the wrong thing out of the basket and put the right thing back in!
