I don’t know if anyone else has already thought of this, but it would be a nice thing, although also completely unimportant, if the rabbit on the start screen could display the status of the device, if the battery is running low, for example, that it wants a carrot, or if the volume is turned all the way down, i.e. to zero, that it has one or two paws in front of its mouth or the volume is at 100%, that it then has a megaphone in front of it, or if it has no remote connection to the rabbit hole, that it plays dead or something like that. You know, taht it has more nice animations.

agree, some of these subtle animations could really be fun – i think all the elements for a playful experience are there; it feels like it just needs the right execution.
