Not a phone! Me and my 12 year old both have rabbits and we love them and I am so glad i did not listen to the crap from influencers and cancel our shipment! ANYWAYS me and my son constantly within range of each other walking around town are like how amazing would it be if we could just walkie talkie between the two of us?

I’d be happy to just speak into the r1 and receive a text message of that at the other end. Sort of, speech-to-text, but as a messaging tool.

I mean r1 to r1 communication is somewhere on the pipeline. Low priority for now as they work on bugs and getting some of the more basic features up and going, but pretty sure it’s on there. Already coming.

I would love to see this feature, maybe first a voice-function.
Then if possible a text function like good old SMSs/WhatsApp/Signal/Threema/Telegram/… but only within the rabbit community first, maybe external parties later (not so urgent for this idea).
I would suggest, that you have to add/enable your rabbit friends in the rabbit hole.

I’m all for using the rabbit to communicate with others but this feels like a wild suggestion from this community again.
I mean there is a clear concept for the R1…
Maybe start with different types of AI characters you can talk to. Or using the AI as intermediaries between people and not make it direct communication.
