Check if using local or external speaker before muting speaker when PTT

Summary:

When I push the PTT, I would like the r1 to only mute music playing via the r1’s local speaker but not when playing via an external (Sonos) speaker (even if the r1 can control that external speaker).

Observed:

As I noted in this comment, “my r1 was able to play Spotify through a Sonos speaker on the same wireless network with zero to minimal setup.”

However, I’ve also noticed that when Spotify is playing over that network I cannot use the r1’s PTT without pausing the Spotify music play. I think it is nice that I can start the music with Spotify web and then skip to a new song with the rabbit or pause the song with the rabbit (because the r1 discovered music on the same network), but I would like the r1 to check “do I need to mute the music I know about (because it’s coming from my own local speaker) in order to better capture the PTT input?” rather than indiscriminately muting that music.

Expected:

When I press the PTT, it only mutes music playing via the local r1 speaker rather than the external Sonos speaker (presumably, same with car speaker, family room speaker when I’m in the bedroom, etc.).

I guess this is a task easy done with TEACH MODE. Hang on there!
